Dana Gillian Adornments Ordering Policies

General

If paying by check, items will be shipped out about 10 days after a check is received. If paying by money order, cashier's check, or credit card the parcel will be shipped out the first Monday after the receipt of the money order or cashier's check.

Items are generally shipped on UPS "ground-track" service and will arrive within about 7 days from the date of shipping. At the time of shipping, you will be sent a confirmation, tracking number, and expected arrival date. To view the status of your UPS shipment go to the UPS Home Page. Be sure to have your tracking number with you to track your package.

Texas Residents pay 7.25% sales tax unless they furnish a signed valid Texas Resale Certificate with their order.

Returns

There is a 72-hour "no questions asked" return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) sent, you can e-mail: danagillian@hotmail.com or call 512-863-7231 within 72 hours of receipt and indicate that the item(s) are not satisfactory and the item(s) will be refunded in total. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. The item(s) must be insured for the value and must be returned in the original box with the original packing materials.

Damaged Items

If, upon receipt, you find the item(s) are damaged, you must e-mail Dana Gillian Adornments at e-mail: danagillian@hotmail.com or call 512-863-7231 to report the damage. The item(s) must be kept in the original box with the original packaging material.
