A most unique pin. Appears to me to be bone or ivory, shaped like a large animal's tooth, like an elk tooth. Applied to the top is a piece of green jasper. Clasp is brass and is a safety. Pin measures 1 3/4" x 1". Very good condition. Unusual piece, don't know who made it or why. Not 100% certain about the makeup of the ivory part, but it certainly feels and looks like smooth ivory or bone. Most unusual!!
